I feel she has a right to know because she obviously would have a problem with it. Now if you're okay knowing that you're doing something behind her back that she has a problem with then I don't think you deserve her. This is a reallly bad act, on your part, and if by some chance she finds out then your relationship is over. If you really love her and you really care about her, tell her.
